All quotations are valid for the period stated and are subject to product availability. Prices exclude shipping, insurance and taxes unless stated.
2. Orders
Orders are confirmed upon our written acceptance. Lead times are estimates and may vary with order volume and customization.
3. Shipping
We ship worldwide by sea, air or courier under agreed incoterms. Risk passes as specified in the order confirmation.
4. Warranty
Our tools are warranted against manufacturing defects. Wear parts are excluded. Claims are handled case by case with our technical team.
5. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
